  • We offer a Standard Warranty for up to 1 year to 3 years as mentioned in product description. In most cases, the warranty is provided by the official manufacturers and its service center.
  • For any products with an issue, the customer can approach the respective service center in the middle east or return the item at the Embuz Store. Also, we can arrange for a pickup that will be charged at a nominal rate.
  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.
  • An incorrect product (if the product has not been used, includes all tags and in original undamaged packaging)
  • The products are in their original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and are not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition. we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Original Invoice & Warranty Card provided and the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.
  • No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories:  Software, Cartridges, Toners & All Customized Products. 
  • Shipping costs on returned products would be your responsibility. Shipping costs charged upon your purchase are non-refundable. Ensuring that it’s not our responsibility, if at all Embuz Trading is necessitated for paying shipping charges upon any return product/shipment then such charges will be deducted from the subjected refund amount.
  • This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date. Will be applied Restocking Fee from 10%.
  • Sales Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, but promotional items cannot be refunded.
  • Bundle, Promotion & Offer sales Return Policies: If you wish to return a Bundle, promotion Products for a refund or Exchange, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 24 hours.
  • The warranty will not be covered under the below conditions:
    • Defect or damage is the result of the customer misuse and non-abidance by the instructions for use.
      Liquid spill on the product.
      Product having un-authorized repairs

REFURBISHED OR PRE-OWNED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

The following conditions are not acceptable for return / replacement.

  • Any physical damage
  • Missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number.
  • Missing the manufacturer warranty label
  • Missing parts, box, adapters or any other accessories from the original box, FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.
  • Returned without original invoice
  • Products which are coming with original Windows or any other software, after using them, activating or starting software cannot be returned or replaced.
  • The product must be returned with the original packaging & sealed
